Catie Chase recently had the pleasure of connecting with Shoutout LA to discuss her life’s work and her vision for the future. Catie spoke to them about how it all started, her current projects and commitments, her future plans, and anything and everything else under the sun. Catie Chase has been passionate about education for over 20 years, and it’s been a privilege to support students as they grow and learn. From the Great Recession to the Global Pandemic, she has seen firsthand the challenges that students, parents, and educators face. That’s what led her to become a certified Professional Life Coach and create a coaching business to support the Student’s Journey. Her focus is on helping neurodiverse learners find success through empathy, connection, and tailored goals, even in uncertain times.

In 2024, she’s looking forward to releasing her first book, “Understanding Me: A Modern Girls’ Guide to Managing Her Neurodiversity with Grit & Grace.” Catie hopes to reach neurodivergent girls and young women, who are high-achieving or twice-exceptional gifted, sharing kindness and evidence-based research to support them on their road to success.

Education has been both challenging and fulfilling over the past two decades. As a Professional Life Coach for teens and emerging adults, Catie is thrilled to empower students and help them thrive. She firmly believes in the power of mentorship, life skills, and a sense of purpose, all of which can transform dreams into reality.

Catie’s interview with Shoutout LA was not just all about work, she also shared with readers about some of her favorite things. When it comes to enjoying the beauty of the city, she’s all about the breathtaking views! From the beaches and mountains to the vibrant colors of our diverse city, there’s always something to see. She loves taking friends to Malibu’s Calamigos Ranch for delectable California wine and food pairings, all surrounded by gorgeous scenery.
